COMPOSER

As a composer, I have worked with numerous artists in the music industry who have broadened and shaped my perspective and skills, and who have made my desire to live music possible.

In film, my mission as a musical storyteller is to help filmmakers make their visions come audiovisually alive. In doing so, I see myself as part of the film crew, as a fellow filmmaker.

In the last ten years I have contributed to more than seventy film projects and hundreds of media projects and ads as composer, music producer, writer, consultant and co-producer.

PRODUCER

As a producer, I came to film and animated images after many years in the music and advertising industry.

I am always looking for exciting, challenging projects — not only in the European and English speaking areas, but also interculturally in cooperation with creatives and filmmakers on every continent.

In doing so, I try to bring in the possibilities of the suggestive power of music and sound to audiovisual storytelling.

CREATIVE MIND

I love art and culture, and I especially love film. As a composer and even more as a storyteller, using the tools of sound design and music to give film a voice and make it heard.

Since the early 90's I've been co-owner of FunDeMental Studios: a full service audio post and music production company working for the advertising branch and the film & entertainment sector.

As FunDeMental network we strive to provide a platform to creative freelancers, offering a flexible and broad range of services without having to compromise on creative work.

SONIC WORLDS

Together with my long-time colleague Oliver Achatz, an extremely talented and creative sound designer and sound artist, I have developed a seamless connection between sound design and music at FunDeMental, working with a team of experienced sound experts.

From an early stage, we have striven to create an audio world and aesthetic for each project that is solely focused on giving the film or stage work the atmosphere and subtext it needs to tell a story with full impact.
